Reset.respond combines ancient yogic practices backed by modern research to help you master your nervous system. We help you improve both your flexibility, both physically and mentally, depending on your goals. Through these practices you can take control over your own emotional wellbeing, learn tools to balance your hormones, regulate your stress and optimise your mindset.
Lucy holds certifications in Pranayama Breathwork (Yoga Alliance), Sound Healing & Yoga Nidra from Himalayan Academy of Sound Healing and is a qualified strength and flexibility coach, PT and Fitness Instructor.



1-1 Breathwork Sessions
Supportive 1-1 breathwork sessions, tailored to your specific needs and goals for emotional balance.
The classes usually include a short stretch which helps us to focus, sit and breathe better. This is optional if you'd prefer to only breathe, but it can help us breathe much more effectively as when we stretch we are calming the stress system in preparation for further relaxation.
From there we will guide you through a series of breath techniques bringing you a deep sense of calm, focus by balancing your hormones, and bringing homeostasis (optimal functioning) to the body. Through this practice you will learn techniques you can take home with you to transform mental clarity and psychological wellbeing simply and effectively.
